Our Journey
Overcore was founded in 1995 in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, as Hotel Bureau — one of the first companies to develop dedicated software for the Italian hospitality industry. What began as a small team with a big vision has grown into a technology company serving hotels, B&Bs, resorts and vacation rentals across multiple countries.
Over three decades, we've witnessed and driven the digital transformation of hospitality — from on-premise installations to web-based systems, and now to our cloud-native Stay platform that brings together property management, distribution, revenue optimization and guest experience in one seamless system.
Today, Stay powers over 500 hospitality properties, supports 6 languages, and maintains 99.9% uptime. Our deep roots in Italian hospitality compliance (Alloggiati Web, ISTAT, electronic invoicing) combined with our international ambitions make us uniquely positioned to serve properties of all types and sizes.

Started in Ascoli Piceno as one of Italy's first dedicated hotel software companies, serving small and medium hotels in the Marche region.
