What happens after the free period ends?
You can continue with the Free plan (limited features) or upgrade to Professional. No data is lost, no forced upgrade. We'll notify you 30 days before.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. No penalties.
Is migration from another PMS included?
Yes, free migration for Professional and Enterprise plans. We handle data import, channel reconnection, and staff training — typically completed within 48 hours.
