Is Stay suitable for a small B&B?
Yes. Small properties use the same platform as larger hotels but only see the modules they enable, so the interface stays simple. Statutory reporting is the same obligation regardless of size, and Stay covers it.
Does Stay work for agriturismi and vacation rentals?
Yes. Bookable units are not limited to hotel rooms: apartments, whole houses, pitches and other resource types can be configured, each with its own rates and availability.
Can Stay be used outside Italy?
Yes. The operational modules — reservations, rates, housekeeping, booking engine, payments — are not country-specific. The statutory reporting modules apply to Italian properties, and are simply not enabled elsewhere.
What if my property type isn't listed?
